Volunteers In Police Services (VIPS) help to expand the reach of services that can be offered by the Clayton Police Department.  They offer their time, attention and expertise to such programs as Neighborhood Watch, Neighborhood Patrol, Disaster Preparedness (CERT) and a variety of clerical tasks as needed.  VIPS are a valuable asset to the City and the Department.
