Neighborhood Watch Programs
Neighborhood Watch is a program under the direction of the Clayton Police Department and coordinated with the Department’s Volunteers in Police Services (VIPS).
The program is designed to be presented to Clayton neighborhoods with the overall objective being to make Clayton a safer city. Subjects covered in the presentations, which usually are about one and one half hour include: home security, suspicious activity, suspicious persons, use of 911, identification of personal property and identity theft.
